Facts

As part of the divorce proceeding, the trial court entered an order requiring O’Connell to vacate the marital home and not enter the home while the divorce case was pending in court. O’Connell appealed the order and continued to live in the house. The trial court found O’Connell in contempt for disobeying the injunction.
