Facts
Eight complaints were filed against attorney Wendell Wilson (defendant). One of the complaints alleged that Wilson had misappropriated client funds by failing to turn over to the client the proceeds from the sale of a house until after the complaint was filed. Another alleged that Wilson had obtained a check to the client’s order, forged the client’s endorsement, and deposited the proceeds in his own trust account. The disciplinary-review board recommended that Wilson be disbarred.
