Facts
The parties entered a contracting agreement with an arbitration agreement contained within the contracting agreement. The appellant (plaintiff) signed the contracting agreement with the provision for the arbitration agreement. A dispute occurred, and the parties referred the dispute to arbitration. The arbitration occurred before an arbitral tribunal with the appellant present with an attorney. The arbitral tribunal entered an award. The appellant appealed to the Jordanian court seeking an annulment, and the Jordanian Court of Cassation considered the validity of the arbitral agreement and the arbitration procedures.
