Facts
12-22 Woodland Avenue Corporation (defendant) owned and stable and operated a horse-riding business. As part of its horse-riding business. Woodland rode horses on parts of a neighboring property owned by Philip and Charles Kruvant (plaintiffs). When the Kruvants became aware of this, they demanded that Woodland pay rent or stop using the land. Woodland declined, and the Kruvants brought suit.
