Facts

Kyriazi filed a class-action suit, alleging that Western discriminated against female employees in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII). The district court held that Western committed sex discrimination. Specifically, the district court found that Western paid female employees lower salaries than male employees.
