Facts
Marsh (plaintiff) sued Coleman Company, Inc. (Coleman) (defendant) for wrongful termination and fraud. Marsh’s original complaint was filed on January 19, 1990. Marsh filed an amended complaint on December 31, 1990. The amended complaint included an allegation of fraud. The original complaint only included information relevant to Marsh’s wrongful termination claim. The amended complaint referenced actions that predated the allegations in the original complaint by as many as four years.
