Facts
Greyhound Leasing & Financial Corp. (Greyhound) (defendant) put an aircraft and two aircraft engines up for auction. The auctioneer stated that no minimum bid was required and that the sale would go to the highest bidder. Greyhound was the highest bidder and took possession of the aircraft and engines.
