Facts
In a suit for tortious interference and unfair competition, National Compliance Management Services, Inc. (NCMS) (defendant) filed a motion to dismiss, arguing that Nationwide Contractor Audit Services, Inc. (Nationwide) (plaintiff) failed to establish that the Pennsylvania district court had power to exercise personal jurisdiction over NCMS.
