Facts
Nichols (plaintiff) contracted to sell a cow to Raynbred (defendant) in exchange for 50 shillings. Raynbred did not pay and Nichols brought suit even though he did not prove that he delivered the cow. The trial court held in favor Nichols. Raynbred appealed.
