Facts
Parker (plaintiff), the recipient of a TMJ implant, sued St. Vincent Hospital (defendant) for strict liability and negligence, alleging that the implant was defective and that the hospital supplied it and allowed its use in the hospital. The trial court granted summary judgment for the hospital, and Parker appealed.
