Facts
Glenn Parret (plaintiff) worked for UNICCO Service Company (defendant). Parret was replacing emergency lights at a tire plant owned by Bridgestone/Firestone (defendant) when he was electrocuted. Parret died as a result of his injuries. Parret sued UNICCO and Bridgestone/Firestone in federal court. The federal court certified questions of state law to the Oklahoma Supreme Court, including the issue of tiers of negligence.
