Facts
The Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals (PASNAP) (plaintiff), a labor organization representing nurses employed by Crozer-Chester Medical Center (CMCC), prevailed against CMCC’s owner, Prospect Medical Holdings (Prospect) (defendant) following an arbitration to resolve a labor dispute. Prospect moved in district court to vacate the arbitration award. PASNAP cross-moved to affirm the award.
