Facts
Randazzo (plaintiff) sued Bevco Industries (Bevco) (defendant) and C.E. Refractories (defendant) in federal court alleging subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship. The complaint alleged that Bevco was organized and domiciled in Pennsylvania. The complaint also alleged that C.E. Refractories was organized in Delaware and had a registered office in Pennsylvania. The complaint did not contain the phrases “principal place of business” or “state of incorporation.”
