Facts
Willy Rengifo (plaintiff) sued the defendants under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to recover unpaid overtime wages. Rengifo moved for a protective order to prevent discovery into Rengifo’s immigration status, social security number, and authorization to work in the United States.
