Facts
Plaintiff brought an action against Mead Johnson (defendant) alleging that its medication caused him to develop priapism. The plaintiff sought to introduce into evidence a recording of a Mead Johnson meeting. The recording contained statements made by medical experts that Mead Johnson hired as consultants on the issue of its medication’s association with priapism.
