Facts
Elinor Shapiro (plaintiff) sued Hasbro, Inc. (defendant) for misappropriation of trade secrets. Hasbro filed a declaration byof Joshua Krumholz, with Ertl My Little Angel toys attached as exhibits. The toys bore the following inscription: “© 1993 The Ertl Company, Inc.” Shapiro filed a motion to exclude the exhibits on the ground that Hasbro had not properly authenticated them.
