Facts
Anup Shrestha (plaintiff) was a Nepalese citizen who sought asylum in the United States (defendant). An immigration judge (IJ) made an adverse credibility finding and denied relief. The Board of Immigration Appeals affirmed, providing specific reasons for the credibility determination consistent with the REAL ID Act. Shrestha petitioned for review.
