Facts
Orlando Figueroa and a friend stole the T-top from a Corvette and drove away with the T-top in a Pontiac Trans Am (Trans Am) owned by Figueroa’s father. After the police caught Figueroa and his friend, the county moved to confiscate the Trans Am under the state’s forfeiture statute. The motion was granted. The appellate division affirmed.
