Facts
Ms. Cohen (defendant) gave a furrier possession of her coat so that the furrier might repair the coat for an agreed upon price. After the coat was repaired, Cohen tried it on. She then refused to remove it and refused to pay the furrier for the work done. Cohen was convicted of grand larceny in the second degree. She appealed.
