Facts
The Neffs (defendants) broke into J.A. Trent’s chicken house and stole chickens from him. Although the evidence regarding the size of the chicken house and its proximity to the Trent dwelling was incomplete, it was clear that the chicken house was across the road from Trent’s dwelling. The Neffs were found guilty of burglary. They appealed.
