Facts
Mrs. Allen forged her husband’s signature in order to obtain money that Mr. Allen had recently deposited in the bank. After obtaining the money, Mrs. Allen ran away with Prince (defendant). Mrs. Allen gave Prince some of the money who was subsequently charged with, and convicted of, larceny. Prince appealed.
