Facts
Kimberly and William Ueland (plaintiffs) were two minor siblings. Their father, Eric Ueland, was injured while working for his employer, Pengo Hydra-Pull Corporation (Pengo) (defendant). Eric’s injuries left him in a vegetative state. Kimberly and William brought suit against Pengo for the loss of consortium from their father. The trial court found in favor of the Uelands. Pengo appealed.
