United States v. An Article of Drug … White Quadrisect
United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
484 F.2d 748 (1973)

- Written by Alex Ruskell, JD
Facts
The district court condemned a shipment of the drug white quadrisect because its manufacturer violated current good manufacturing practice standards under the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by failing to keep records and test the product. The manufacturer appealed, arguing that the term current good manufacturing practice was unconstitutionally vague under the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
