Facts
Jamieson-McKames Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (defendant) manufactured and sold drugs for the pharmaceutical industry. Federal and state agents entered and searched Jamieson-McKames’s facilities without a search warrant. Based on these searches, Jamieson-McKames was convicted of counterfeiting, misbranding, and adulterating drugs. Jamieson-McKames appealed, arguing that the warrantless search violated its constitutional rights.
