Facts
Suarez (defendant) was on trial for cocaine and conspiracy offenses. The prosecution sought to introduce evidence of a “pay/owe sheet” that recorded drug transactions and was found in an apartment frequented by Suarez. The trial court admitted the pay/owe sheet and Suarez appealed.
