Facts
Oscar Ramos Quezada (defendant) was deported pursuant to an INS Form I-205, which is a warrant of deportation. Subsequently, he came back into the United States and was arrested in Texas after being put in jail on an unrelated crime. He was charged with illegally reentering the country. At trial, the prosecution sought to introduce into evidence the Form I-205. The trial court admitted the evidence and convicted Quezada. He appealed.
