Facts
Master Sergeant Rhodes (defendant) was charged with conspiracy to violate the espionage laws of the United States. The prosecution sought to introduce into evidence a film containing personal information about Rhodes that one of his coconspirators sent to another. Rhodes objected to this evidence but the General Court Martial allowed it.
