11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(2)

Definition

A provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code that allows the trustee, or debtor-in-possession, in a case under Chapter 9, 11, 12, or 13, to assume or reject an executory contract or lease prior to confirmation, unless the court requires that a decision be made within an earlier, specified period of time upon the application of a contract or lease party.
