35 U.S.C. § 102(g)

Definition

A provision prior to the America Invents Act requiring an inventor claiming priority over another inventor during an interference hearing to show (1) that there was reasonable diligence between conception and reduction to practice and (2) that the invention was not abandoned, suppressed, or concealed before the subsequent inventor conceived the invention.
