Run by the General Services Administration, the FSS program allows government agencies to enter long-term contracts, called schedule contracts, with commercial vendors for to acquire goods and services at competitive prices. The FSS can also be referred to as the GSA Schedule or the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).
