UCC § 2-314

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code providing for the implied warranty of merchantability, i.e. that goods are presumed to be merchantable if sold by a merchant dealing in that type of goods, and other implied warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage.
