Facts
Alfreda Albritton (plaintiff) sued the Neighborhood Centers Association for Child Development (the association) (defendant) for injuries her child suffered while participating in its free Head Start daycare program. The trial court granted the association summary judgment on charitable-immunity grounds. The appellate court affirmed, promoting Albritton to appeal further to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
