Facts
Vaughn Golden (defendant) stored on his property a tubular-frame trailer and other equipment. Children lived in the apartment house next to Golden’s property and played on Golden’s property and equipment. Golden occasionally saw the children playing on his property and told them to leave. Six-year-old Charlene Copfer (plaintiff) fell and was injured on the trailer while playing on Golden’s property. Copfer sued Golden to recover for her personal injuries. After a bench trial, the court found for Copfer. Golden appealed.
