Facts
Three brothers, Garry Evans, Terry Evans, and Lonnie Evans (plaintiffs) sued their uncle and former foster father, Don Eckelman (defendant), for damages resulting from Eckelman’s alleged sexual abuse of them as children. The trial court granted Eckelman’s demurrer and dismissed the action on statute-of-limitations grounds. The brothers appealed.
