Facts
Katherine Helsel (plaintiff) and David Helsel divorced. Katherine brought suit against Sivi Noellsch (defendant) for the tort of alienation of affection. Katherine alleged that Noellsch had intentionally interfered with the Helsels’ marriage in order to cause Katherine and David to break up. The trial court found in favor of Katherine. Noellsch appealed.
