Facts
Ahiliya Lee’s (plaintiff’s) intoxicated husband choked to death in a restaurant operated by GNLV Corporation d/b/a Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino (defendant). Lee sued the restaurant for negligence, claiming its employees should have administered the Heimlich maneuver. The trial court granted the restaurant summary judgment. Lee appealed.
