Facts
Frank and Vetra Denis (defendants) owned property as joint tenants. Cynthia Warner (plaintiff) signed a contract to purchase the property. Frank signed the contract, but Vetra refused to sign. Warner sued the Denises for damages for breach of contract. The circuit court ruled in favor of the Denises. Warner appealed.
