Model Rule of Professional Conduct 4.2
Definition
Rule prohibiting a lawyer who is representing a client from communicating with another represented person about the subject matter of the representation unless the other represented person’s lawyer has consented or the lawyer is authorized to communicate with the represented person by law or a court order.
