Facts
Elias Ramirez (plaintiff) filed a complaint alleging that he was married to Taylor Swift (defendant) and that he was entitled to the government’s reward money for the capture of Osama Bin Laden, among other things. Taylor Swift was not married. The magistrate judge issued a report and recommendation to dismiss the case in its entirety.
