Arson, Burglary, and Robbery 

This lesson will cover three of the most commonly prosecuted felony offenses related to property: arson, burglary, and robbery. Each existed at common law and today are statutory offenses in every United States jurisdiction. Yet they vary in nature by jurisdiction.
