In this clip, we’ll explain the basic function of the deed, and we’ll introduce you to the concepts of “delivery” and “acceptance” of the deed. We’ll flesh out some particular issues relating to delivery of the deed. After that, we’ll quickly survey some of the formal requirements for a valid deed, and then we’ll end by briefly discussing how fraud and forgery affect the validity of a deed.
