Facts
Robert Guy and Audra Guy were married. During the marriage, Robert worked full time while Audra pursued and obtained a nursing degree. The Guys filed for divorce. The trial court awarded divorce and divided the marital assets, including the value of Audra’s nursing degree. Audra appealed, claiming that her nursing degree was not marital property.
