Facts
St. Mary’s Medical Center, Inc. (plaintiff) provided medical services to Elizabeth Munford. Munford’s bill was paid by United Farm Bureau Family Life Insurance Company (defendant), who mistakenly believed Munford was still insured by Farm Bureau. When Farm Bureau discovered the mistake, it requested repayment from St. Mary’s. St. Mary’s refused, and Farm Bureau filed suit. The trial court granted Farm Bureau restitution. St. Mary’s appealed.
