Facts
Top Service Body Shop’s (Top Service) (plaintiff) owner had a dispute with Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate) (defendant). After the dispute, Allstate began discouraging its claimants from taking their cars to Top Service. Allstate sent claimants to other shops on its list. Top Service brought suit against Allstate. The jury found in favor of Top Service. The trial court entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict on all counts and granted Allstate’s motion for a new trial. Top Service appealed.
