Facts
Drs. Kathleen Wilson and Michael Wilson (plaintiffs) treated a patient. The patient brought a malpractice suit against the Wilsons by way of attorney James Hayes (defendant). The malpractice claim was dismissed. The Wilsons then brought suit against Hayes for malicious prosecution and abuse of process. The trial court found in favor of Hayes. The Wilsons appealed. Hayes cross-appealed.
