Geordie Duckler, Ph.D., Esq., has been a noted trial attorney for over 34 years, actively engaged in the litigation, defense, and trial of civil and criminal cases and appeals of all types across the country, in both state and federal courts. As a popular lecturer, he has provided numerous public presentations on a wide variety of civil litigation topics, including on “Elder Abuse Reporting: Ethical Considerations for Oregon Attorneys” a CLE he conducted for the National Business Institute in 2015 and 2020, “Child Abuse Reporting For Attorneys in Oregon”, a CLE he conducted for Access MCLE in 2017 and 2020, and “Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias in the Legal Profession: New Rules and Trends”, a CLE he conducted for the National Business Institute in 2020.
