Johanna Schwartz Miralles is Counsel at Decade, a leading French law firm with offices in Paris, Bordeaux, Lille, and Biarritz. Johanna’s primary practice areas include international commercial contracts, compliance, whistleblower protections (Sapin II), and business litigation. Before joining Delcade, Johanna practiced in the business litigation group of a major international law firm.

Johanna received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her Ph.D. from Aix-Marseille University, where her work focused on whistleblower protection laws in the United States and France.
