11 U.S.C. § 108(b)

Definition

A provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code specifying that, where the debtor has a right outside of bankruptcy law to file something, perform an act, or cure a default during a specified period and the period has not expired when the bankruptcy petition is filed, the trustee has until the later of the end of such period or 60 days from the filing to file, perform, or cure.
