Definition

A provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code that prohibits a governmental body from denying, revoking, suspending, conditioning, or otherwise discriminating against a person with respect to the provision of employment or a license or some other similar grant on the sole basis that such person, or someone associated with such person, is or was a debtor or insolvent.
