Definition

A provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code that prevents the trustee from avoiding a transfer by the debtor in payment of debt incurred in the ordinary course of business if the transfer was either itself made in the ordinary course of business between the transacting parties or made in accordance with ordinary business terms.
